Avalon Park Group and Lamm & Co. Partners are starting work on a $10 million assisted-living facility this summer, as we reported Wednesday.
The project, dubbed Encore at Avalon Park, still needs subcontractors and is set to open in summer of 2014. We spoke withRich Browning, vice president of Avalon Park Group, to get some more details on the project.
