F45 Coming This October to Downtown Avalon Park

Orlando, FL (July 26, 2023) – Avalon Park Group is excited to announce that the global fitness community, F45 Training, is opening its newest location in Downtown Avalon Park Orlando. Family owners and operators, Tara Sue Gally and Jon Hamrick, are proud to bring F45 Training to the Avalon Park community, joining their five other locations across Central Florida. The anticipated opening date for the new F45 Avalon Park is October 1, 2023.
