Tavares, FL (August 22, 2023) – Avalon Park Group and its Avalon Park Tavares Development Partner, Demetree Global, announced that phase 2 of construction has now started. This phase includes the addition of the community’s residential section.
In August 2020, phase 1 began in Avalon Tavares, adding 228 residential lots. In phase 2, the focus on residential living will continue as 236 single family 40’ and 50’ lots will be added. Furthermore, 78 20’ townhome lots are a part of the phase 2 construction as well.
