Orlando, FL — April 8, 2026 Avalon Park Group is pleased to announce that Freehand Goods will soon open in the Marketplace at Avalon Park, located at 3801 Avalon Park East Blvd. in Orlando. This marks the brand’s third location, joining its existing shops in College Park and East End Market.

Founded by Jacob Zepf and Seth Daniels, the Florida-based brand is known for its thoughtfully designed goods and strong connection to the culture and lifestyle of the Sunshine State, offering a retail experience that reflects both creativity and community.

Set to open on April 22nd (Earth Day), Freehand Goods offers a thoughtfully curated collection of handmade goods, apparel, and accessories that celebrate Florida’s culture, environment, and local identity. Born out of a passion for their home state, the brand is dedicated to highlighting craftsmanship and supporting products that reflect authenticity and creativity.

“The Marketplace creates a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to grow within a collaborative, food hall-style environment,” said JJ Sofarelli, Senior Vice President at Avalon Park Group. “We are excited to see Freehand Goods become part of that experience.”

The Marketplace at Avalon Park provides an ideal setting for the brand’s continued growth, offering a vibrant, community-focused environment that aligns with Freehand Goods’ origins and values.

“We’re all UCF alumni around here, and Seth grew up in Winter Springs, so we always had this area in mind for a future location,” said Zepf and Daniels. “When the Marketplace became an option, it felt like a natural fit, especially given how we started in a food hall environment. We’re excited to be close to friends like Bowigens and look forward to collaborating with other local businesses in the community.”

Freehand Goods will join a diverse mix of locally owned businesses within the Marketplace food hall, further enhancing Downtown Avalon Park’s diverse options for shopping, dining, and community connection.

Additional details, including grand opening celebrations and special promotions, will be announced as the opening date approaches.
