Marketplace at Avalon Park

Orlando, FL – (September 2, 2025) – The Marketplace at Avalon Park is thrilled to announce the upcoming arrival of Ferratti’s Artisan Pizza, Focaccia & Pasta, an authentic Italian kitchen rooted in Neapolitan tradition. Opening October 2025 inside the Marketplace food hall, Ferratti’s offers a one-of-a-kind artisan experience featuring wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, slow-fermented focaccias, handmade pastas, and indulgent Italian desserts—all crafted with authentic ingredients and old-world technique.

Founded on generations of Italian family tradition, Ferratti’s is more than just a restaurant—it is a slice of Naples brought to life through 48-hour fermented sourdough, a Neapolitan wood-fired oven, and the warm hospitality of owner Daniel Ruvolo.

Ferratti’s menu showcases personal and family-size wood-fired pizzas like the Tricolore Classica and Ferratti’s Signature topped with burrata, pistachios, and balsamic glaze. Focaccias include gourmet slices like the Donatello with four cheeses and the Pavarotti with gorgonzola, pears, and honey. House-made pastas such as Spaghetti alla Carbonara and Tagliatelle al Ragu Bolognese bring warmth and tradition to every bite. Guests can also enjoy Italian coffee drinks like espresso and cappuccino, plus desserts like classic Tiramisù and Nutella-topped dessert pizzas.
