Cheese and Charcuterie Boards, Ciabatta Sandwiches, Toast Platters and Fondue Add to the Ever-Expanding Gastronomic Line-Up of the Food Hall

Orlando, FL (July 7, 2020) – Marketplace at Avalon Park is pleased to announce that Cheese to Share Avalon Park will join east Orlando’s premier food hall, scheduled to open fall 2020.

Marketplace at Avalon Park has just executed an agreement with Cheese to Share Avalon Park to bring cheese and charcuterie boards, a variety of toast platters, ciabatta sandwiches, and fondue paired with seasonal fruits and vegetables to the first floor of the Avalon Innovation Center in the Marketplace food hall.

Since their original location’s opening in 2019, Cheese to Share has been providing high-end offerings for both the palate and the eye.  Cheese to Share Avalon Park is the latest offering from the, Owner, Operator and Culinary Director, Luis Torres.

“We are full of emotions and excitement to announce that the next step of our journey will take place at the Marketplace at Avalon Park, where we can’t wait to start serving and sharing our creations with this beautiful community,”  said Torres.

It has been the long-term vision of chef-owner Luis Torres to expand into a second brick and mortar location with his wife Erika and son Luis.  “We are always working on the next creation and are excited to share our new innovations with the Avalon Park community very soon,” said Torres.  “We have dining and eatery options for a multitude of tastes and experiences.”

The Marketplace at Avalon Park is located at 3801 Avalon Park East Boulevard.  The Marketplace encompasses over 8,000 square feet with 10 eatery bays that will comprise the food hall, a commissary kitchen, live entertainment and event space, a general store, craft brewery taproom and a gathering kitchen.
