Located at 12001 Avalon Lake Drive, Ste. M-P, the East Orlando Gym and Wellness Center aims to provide a comprehensive fitness experience with a focus on well-being, offering two levels of membership. For just $25 per month, members can access the facility’s brand new, state-of the-art equipment. For those seeking a more holistic approach to their fitness journey, the $35 membership level includes full gym access as well as a wide range of classes and programs.
Families are encouraged to join the East Orlando Gym and Wellness Center as well, with an additional fee of $15 per month for each adult family member and $10 per month for each child (8-17). This makes it an ideal destination for families looking to embrace a healthier lifestyle together. Additionally, the gym will also be offering programming and membership for the seniors in the community.
The services at the East Orlando Gym and Wellness Center are designed to cater to a wide range of fitness needs, with a focus on weights, classes, and personalized programs. Whether you are a beginner looking to get in shape or a fitness enthusiast looking to challenge yourself, the facility has something for everyone. The hours of operation will be Monday – Friday, 6 am – 9 pm and Saturday – Sunday, 6 am – 5 pm.
To celebrate its opening, the East Orlando Gym and Wellness Center will offer the first 30 days of membership for free to early adopters who sign up before the opening date, allowing them to experience all the facility has to offer before making a commitment.
