Chicharrón Grill By Roberto Treviño Now Open in the Marketplace at Avalon Park

Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Set for January 27^th, 11 AM

 Orlando, FL (January 6, 2023) – 3801 Avalon Park Blvd. East, Orlando, FL 32828 in November 2022 and are now in their soft opening launch.

“We have been diligently working over the past couple of months to bring an amazing menu that we think the community will love to the Marketplace,” said Chef Treviño.

The menu includes a variety of Puerto Rican-inspired cuisine including chicharrón, tostones and empanadas, and not to forget favorites like mofongo and pinchos.

Chef Roberto Treviño established himself as one of Puerto Rico’s most celebrated chefs thanks to such well-received restaurants such as Budatai a Latin-Asian concept, Casa Lola, Dragonfly, Bar Gitano, Pizza la Pasta, El Buda and his numerous Food Network appearances (most notably when he took on the Croc’d one on Iron Chef America Season 1 and Next Generation Iron Chef).
Chicharrón Grill has set their grand opening ceremony for Friday, January 27^th at 11 am.  The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be facilitated by the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida.  The event is open to all to enjoy meeting the chef, sampling menu items and enjoying grand opening specials.
