Daytona Beach, FL — July 1, 2026 Avalon Park Group has filed its application for private utilities with the State of Florida today. This filing by Avalon Park Daytona Beach, marks another important step forward in the planning and infrastructure process for the future mixed-use community.
The filing reflects Avalon Park Group’s continued commitment to working with the City of Daytona Beach, the City of Ormond Beach and regional stakeholders to identify the most efficient and responsible utility solution for the area.
