Daytona Beach, FL (July 14, 2020) – Avalon Park Group/sitEX closed on over 3,000 acres today with Consolidated- Tomoka Land Co [NYSE:CTO]. The property is located on State Road 40, just west of Interstate 95 and south of West Granada Boulevard/State Road 40, next to Latitude Margaritaville.
Avalon Park Group/sitEX, who developed their flagship mixed-use community Avalon Park Orlando, plans to develop Avalon Park Daytona Beach as a mixed-use project on the 3,000 acres. The proposed new town will include a variety of uses as permitted in the Mixed Use Future Land Use classification, including but not limited to commercial, retail, multi-family residential, single-family residential, educational and recreational uses, all intended to bring forward a comprehensive downtown within the project.
