The Avalon Innovation Center (AIC), a 38,000 SF mixed-used building in the heart of Downtown Avalon Park, Orlando, Florida is a 4-story mixed-use building with approximately 9,500 square feet of retail on the first floor with three additional floors of approximately 28,500 square feet of office space.

The first floor is occupied by the Marketplace at Avalon Park. The Marketplace at Avalon Park is an innovative food hall, general store, commissary kitchen and event space. Seven days a week we’re serving up fresh batches of hometown, hand-crafted goodness in the heart of Avalon Park. Come dig into the diverse flavors of nine foodie-approved restaurant stalls. Go bottoms up at our craft brewery. Discover a one-of-a-kind find on the shelves of our General Store—you might even know the local artisan who made it.

The second floor is occupied by The 5th Floor Orlando. The 5th Floor Orlando elevates the co-working experience in east Orlando with globally-connected and collaborative co-work space. The space includes 22 private offices, 12 dedicated desks, multiple hot desks, unlimited virtual offices, 3 conference rooms, presentation/event room, wellness room, podcast room, mail room and café. Members also have access to professional services ranging from concierge reception to phone, mail and other specialty office services. The Puerto Rico location is the 3rd release of The 5^th Floor brand over the last year and a half. It joins sister locations in Orlando, Florida which opened March 2021, and the flagship location in Basel, Switzerland, which opened in late 2020.
